Request Deletion
Email support@sugaroff.xyz from the address associated with your Sugaroff account and include “Delete my Sugaroff account” in the subject.
What Is Deleted
You can delete your account in the app from Profile. We delete account profile data, confirmed food logs, nutrition aggregates, weight, water, and server subscription state where legally permitted.
Local Data
Cycle tracker data and fasting history are stored locally on your device. In-app account deletion clears Sugaroff local private data on that device. You can also delete the app or clear local app data.
